We take on a deliberately limited number of projects each year so every client receives the attention of a principal designer from first sketch to final styling.
Our work favors honest materials, quiet palettes, and pieces with a story — vintage finds, custom millwork, and the work of Bay Area makers we've built relationships with over the past decade.

We source, purchase, track, receive, inspect and install every item — managing trade accounts, freight, and white-glove delivery.

Boutique hotels, restaurants and short-term rentals across the Bay Area. FF&E packages built for daily use and longevity.
